  1. When will my child receive his/her letter in the mail?
    After your child's letter is created it will be sent to North Pole, Alaska to be postmarked. Letters can be anticipated arriving at your home in a bright envelope between December 15 and Christmas depending upon holiday mail volume.
  2. Can you guarantee delivery by Christmas?
    No. Please understand that as much as we would like to control the efficiency of the US Postal Service, or postal services abroad, the exact date of arrival to your location(s) is impossible to say. Letters will leave the U Write Santa headquarters no later than December 6 in anticipation of a timely delivery. The normal delivery time to arrive at the North Pole post office from the U Write Santa headquarters is 5 -7 days.
  3. What can my child expect to receive?
    Each envelope will contain a personalized letter from Santa (or another chosen name) plus two bonus gifts of a coloring sheet and a Reindeer Treats recipe to be made and sprinkled on the lawn.
  4. If I order letters for more than one child will each receive identical letters and stationary?
    No. Each child's specific details will be included in their very own personalized letter. If you order three letters, three envelopes (one addressed to each child) will arrive. Stationary designs will be selected by Santa and will vary for each child. Santa will hand-sign each letter.
  5. Is the envelope addressed to the same name as the letter?
    Yes. Each envelope will be addressed to the child's name used in the letter.
  6. Do you pass any personal details on to other companies?
    No. We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your information to anyone. Read our full privacy policy.
  7. How will my letter be personalized?
    Depending upon the letter selected you can expect from four to six child specific details to be mentioned in each letter. The details may include:
    1. Child's name
    2. Child's age
    3. Hometown
    4. Recent accomplishment
    5. Present wanted (Note: We never promise to deliver a specific gift.)
    6. Anything special you mention you want us to know
  8. What if I'm not satisfied and want a refund?
    If you aren't satisfied with your letter(s) you may return letters in good condition (with all original contents including the envelope, at your own mailing expense) postmarked no later than January 5, 2016 and we will refund your purchase money. Mailing expenses to us are not reimbursable. There are no refunds for incorrect name submissions, addresses, or misspelled names as this information comes directly from the information you have provided to us.
  9. What if I've placed an order, have changed my mind, and want to cancel?
    Cancellation requests must be emailed to us no later than midnight November 30, 2015 to receive a full refund. Requests received after the aforementioned date/time are considered a final, non-refundable, sale. Refunds will be credited to the issuing credit card or PayPal account only.

  12. Do you send letters internationally?
    We are able to process letters throughout the US and Canada. For additional countries, please email us to inquire about pricing, delivery availability, and the deadline order date. The pricing and order deadline date posted on this site will NOT be applicable for countries outside the US and Canada. As stated above, we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas as we have no control over postal delivery systems in the US or abroad.
